FAQ's


How long after I place my order will I receive my proof? TOP

We will supply you with your proof within 2-3 business days after we have received all text and images for your design. Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am till 5pm. Please note: we are closed all holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Please allow 2-3 days for design proofing, 3-4 days for printing and 3-4 days for priority mail shipping. Please Note: these times do not reflect rush orders or express shipping, if you need your order quicker please consider these options, extra fees apply.

How Long before my event should I order? TOP
Please order at least one month before your event to ensure enough time for design, printing and shipping, keep in mind you will want to send your cards out at least 2 weeks in advance.

How much will it cost me to mail my cards? TOP
Mailing Cost is the regular rate of 42 cents per mailed card with the United States Postal Service. Please note the 5 x 5 size will incur extra postal charges due to its unusual size.

I like one of your designs, but can you make it in a different color? TOP
Why yes we can! All of our designs are 100% customizable. We can change colors, fonts, text and even the layout to best suit your photos. All at NO additional charge!

Can I use photos taken by a professional photographer? TOP
Yes you can, we do require a photo release form from the photographer/studio giving us permission to alter the photo for your design. Photo release forms can be obtained from your photographer/studio, then all you have to do is mail it to us via postal mail or fax it to us toll free! Please Note: we do not accept releases by email.

Do you offer custom design? TOP
Yes we do, for an added fee of $25.00 we can design your card from the ground up so you can get exactly what you have in mind! Just order any card in the paper and amount your want, and be sure to add the custom design fee to the cart along with your order.

I dont see a place to upload my photos, how do I supply them to you? TOP
After you place your order through our secure online shopping cart, you will receive a confimation email with instuctions on where to send your photos.

Should I resize my Photos before I send them to you? TOP
No, please send your photos unsized and untouched. You dont have to do a thing we do it all for you. Please see our Photo Specs section for photo size and format information.

Can you remove the background or make my photos in black and white or sepia? TOP
Yes we can, please state all customization request when ordering your cards in the appropriate fields.

Do extra envelopes come with my order? TOP
We provide 5 extra envelopes for each order.

When will my order be shipped? TOP
Once your design is approved your order will be sent to the print house, once we recieve your cards back (usually 2-4 business days) we will ship them to you via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95. Express shipping is available for an added fee.

Is shipping really a flat rate of $7.95? TOP
Of course! All order will ship for a flat rate of $7.95. We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. Please Note: this rate doesnt not apply to express shipping.

I need my cards ASAP, do you offer a rush service? TOP
At this time we do not offer a rush service, we design orders in the order they are recieved. We do however offer a rush shipping option for an added fee.

Do you offer rush shipping? TOP
Yes we do, we ship using USPS Express Mail, express shipping ia a flat rate of $20.00.

How do I pay & what payments do you except? TOP
PayPal:
we accept all credit cards, e-check and funds.
(please note: orders paid by e-check will not be sent to print until e-check clears our account)
Credit Cards:
we accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover and American Express through the guest checkout at paypal.com (please note you do NOT need an account to pay via credit card. See below for a visual on how to pay via paypal without an account)
(please note: the name on your statement will read Wicked Cool on your statement. That is our parent company)
Checks and Money Orders:
we also accept personal checks and postal/western union money orders.
(please note: all orders paid by personal check will not be sent to print until check clears our bank)
